There are 4 plugins that each cause a small gray line under the web stories. When they are all turned on, the effect is cumulative, and the line grows (it’s a small stripe with just one on, and grows larger with all four. These plug-ins are: Woody code Snippets, Simple author box, WP central, and Yoast (both premium and free versions).

However, even with all of the plugs in off, without a white stripe at the bottom, I can’t scroll through the layers. The stories only show me one layer at a time, and I can’t re-arrange them. The only want to put text on top of a box is to create new text and put it on top of the box. I can’t grab the text in the “layers” section and move it up so that it displays above the box.
