I’ve read about posts and pages in the Codex and I think this could be done using Categories, but I don’t understand how.

I can attach a Category (“Review”, “Editorial”, etc) to each Post. How do I make a Page where only the Posts belonging to a certain category, say “Reviews”, show up?
