For the issue, it didn’t happen each time (for me, around 5/7% of the orders)…
And here is what happened: no amount, just the replication of the shipping title method name as if the plugin didn’t return the value after payment (but it appeared on the chekcout before payment…).

sorry to hear that you have the same issue… (I’ve got the exact same Table Rate plugin as you).
For me, the trick “put on Hold and after on Processing” was not the solution after all…
Without a correct solution, I had to install the official Paypal plugin instead of this one, I had no time to go further under investigation for this trouble and the official plugin works very fine (just a bit annoying to set, this is why I chose this plugin first).Maybe your message will offer a new consideration of this problem….
It was really your plugin and, as the problem just happens sometimes and not every time (2 orders on 74), I can’t reproduce it, I just can see on the orders once they’re passed.
I roll back to the official Paypal plugin and all is working fine now.Too bad, because I found your plugin very easy and efficient, until I have this problem with the Table Rate Shippping plugin from Themeforest.
it seems to be a conflict between Tale Rate Shipping and your plugin…

I disabled the plugin and waiting for update to fix it…How to find an downgraded version, please ? I don’t know how to do 😀
