So, after digging a bit, it appears that it can come from 2 main problems : the number of requests made to the server with my IP (which could explain why it works sometimes 1 or 2 times and then gets me an error), or the configuration of my hosting.
I found that using CURL instead of file_get_contents could do the trick, too, but I don’t know how to handle that myself, so that’ll require more digging and headscratching.
For those who read and might be interested (since it seems to be a frequent error, considering the number of questions on Stack Overflow) : stay tuned.
