Resolved.
Follow these steps …
1 – Turn off all plugins
2 – Enable only Shadowbox JS
3 – Try if it works
4 – Re-enable the other plugins
Shadowbox js does not work well with WordPress 3.1.1.

I have 3 different blogs on the same server with the same plugins, with the same theme, one works well and the others not.
