Thank you for your valuable useful information. In my case I am not using Cache Preload.If you are not using Cache Preload, and the Page cache is enabled, the page will be cached when visited. So when you purge the cache, new content (if changed) or uncached page is served. Once the page is visited the page will be cached again.
SO as per your above comment user is visited the page will be cached again in disk enhanced as a caching method. But what happen if I am using the memcached server caching method In this method I am having different scenario than which you have explain. When user is visited for first time and if cached content is not created than that page is generated and store as cached and when another user visited same page that is served from cache and not cached again.
I want custom small code from your end which will identify or tell us that page which user/I am requesting is served from cached or it is just fresh content load without any cached content. Is there any specific set of codebase you have which will satisfy my request than it will be great for me and for W3 total cache community?

I am using the multisite and having the issue with clear all cache which will not actually clear the cache of all my multisite. I need to wait for couple of hours to see the actual content change. You have ask the question in the current thread that is it you have multisite feature in your WordPress? So can I know what is the reason behind to ask the question. What exactly happen or work W3TC cache with multisite. Because I am having big issue with this please can you reply as soon as possible thank you.
