How will contact my hosting provider and asking him to whitelist IP address help when I couldn’t see the images either?
The problem lies with Jetpack. As soon as I deactivated it, the images reappeared.
Hopefully the next update of this plugin will solve this issue.
Extra things I’ve tried – without a result:
* changed the image upload folder to the 644 value
* disabled the Lazy-load image in Jetpack settings
So, the issue still lies with Jetpack plugin, as stated in my previous post.
