In reply to: [Loco Translate] .pot File Cache IssueIt works! I deleted the .pot file like you said (after taking backup) and it didn’t delete the translations, but now the sync is working whenever I add a new string. Everything is almost done.
I still don’t know what this .pot file is and where it is coming from. Also I get a warning about this. Should I be concerned about this?

Why was there a .pot file to begin with? If it isn’t part of your plugin, could it be coming from the plugin or theme code?

This is the contents of boat-register.pot which is in the main plugin directory. I deleted it before and it deleted all the available translations, but after that I could add all the strings. I have added several more strings but I can’t see it even when I sync (likely until I delete this ).
It most definitely has to do with this file. If it is not being generated by locotranslate, do you have any idea what could be causing it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What was the issue and what did the plugin do? It would help to know for future projects with wpForo as well as let my client know what the issue exactly was. After that, you can mark this thread as solved.

Anyways, it’s working, so I’m happy with it. I still cannot debug the user group selection issue. When I select the user groups (one or all) and update and reload, all the user groups are unselected. I believe this is the reason I can’t see any online members because when I preview the widget after selecting the user groups, I can see a functional preview of the currently active users, but when I reload, “No online members”.

Scratch the above message. It works now. I didn’t know I had to create a separate forum page if I wanted it to be the home page.
You can close the thread but do respond to my previous topic as that issue has still not been solved. The issue with the online members widget.

Thanks for the responses. You say forum pages but I only have one forum page in the list of pages. If I use that ID in the boards, the permalinks takes me to the same page. Is there supposed to be a dynamic community page, because I don’t have that. I have two forum pages. I’ve tried deleting the other one but it keeps reappearing.
It seems I’ve messed it all up during the installation. Sorry for the bother.

I’ve disabled siteground central, optimizer and security. It definitely helped but the issue still persists.
The issue now is that after I select the user groups and update, if I reload, those user groups are unselected. When I click out of the user groups widget, I can see those online members in the preview but if I reload, the same “No online members” message is seen and no user groups are selected.

Yes, I am aware of that. I’ve tried doing registered users as well as selecting every user group using CTRL plus click. Still doesn’t work. Please let me know if you have any other idea why I’m having this issue.

I can’t find the export button next to the import button. What could be the reason? The form is added in the staging site.
Update: After using conditional logic, it is disabled but the color stays the same, instead of showing the grayish disabled color.

I am currently experiencing a weird issue where I can’t disable a button. For the Next Tab button, I went to advanced and restrictions and ticked the option named disabled. It even shows a disabled icon in the edit form page but when I preview or open the page, the button is not disabled. Is there something that I’m missing?

When I add the shortcode for the form somewhere, it changes the ID of the components of the form. I don’t want this to happen. How can I avoid it?
I was researching and found out that every field has a unique field value that doesn’t change. How can I grab that using javascript. Currently, I am using javascript to grab the ID of the field but I didn’t know they would change when placing in different pages.
