I’m interested in the core function of automated status changes as well.
In my case I’m using an Instacart type methodology where I will be giving my customers the option to adjust their tip after service is completed.
Given that I am allowing users to set a tip at the coupon/cart page, I would optimally like the service completion status to complete the capture of the pre-authorized amount after a certain amount of time if the user opts not to change the tip.
I would assume that it is for similar reasons the previous user would like the function.
