and u will see, we use this bot since 10months !! everyting was fine until last week or a couple days ago!

So now we have all done what we can do.. i change the role again back for the bot.. please provide us support, u already get an mail from my side.. need suppot here… today!

As I said, we’ve been using the add-on with pmpro for about 5-6 months now and have never had any problems. We haven’t changed anything on the host (server), nor have we changed anything on the Discord server. So I completely rule out the possibility that it’s on our side. Again, everything was working perfectly until a few days ago. But here are the short answers to your questions:


1. Verify Bot Permissions;
check! 2. check bot status
checked is not activated!

3. Re-Authorize the Add-on
Did already (yesterday and today 2nd time)

4. double check membership ; again checked! 2nd time… everything is fine.. even for the users the discord name is added in the backend.. BUT the problem is or are not the roles! the issue we got is the server is not visible for the customers! they can “connect” and in the backend i can check that the customer has connected with discord.. Yes role mapping etc… we didnt changed anything. only added the 2 new roles for mentoring programm.. and as i mentioned before the pmpro plugin update a few days ago..

Thanks a lot for ur reply. we have between 250 – 500 Visitors / day.
And months ago when we set up the plugin, the connection was fast – lets say 5-10 secs.. this can not be the reason, since we have members they “connected” days before.. and they still dont see the discord server.

further i saw this right now in the logs:

we really need assistance here.. since we didnt change anything… only changed are 2 more roles for mentoring and is a mentioned before, the plugin update a few days ago.

One more thing:
On our Discord Server Roles, i added the following roles;
That the bot can manage roles and kick people (e.g., when someone clicks to disconnect).

Is this required, or can I remove these settings in the role management?
