I just saw that you cart is listed on the page, so I guess we are tracking register users or people who put their emails. Although, the page also listed visitants before, did you change any configuration on the plugin?

We have set 2 minutes to send the reminder – it was originally set to 10 minutes but I was testing the problem and I changed it from 10 to 2. Your cart isn’t listed on the page. We don’t have any carts listed there since October 31st.
