I did get a response from Cognito forms this morning. They verified that their system did send emails to the specified addresses. With the help of Cognito Forms Support I finally solved the problem! Any email that was identified as junk was rejected by my hotmail accounts instead of going to the junk mail folder. I changed that setting. However, I had not identified cognitoforms.com as a blocked or spam domain. Hotmail assumed that it is spam. I have since identified cognitoforms.com as a trusted site. I don’t know why hotmail identifies the cognitoforms.com domain as spam.
Sorry for the confusion but at least I’m up and running.
This is, after all, a quality product. I recommend it to anyone needing an online web form builder!
