    Kevin,

    Its been a couple of weeks since last writing on this issue and I am pleased to say your suggestion to reset Firefox back to default settings seems to have worked. I have not had any problems with the Google Docs Embedder since, nor has anyone I’ve asked to view and test the site. I’ll have to remember that trick if other problems come up with using that browser.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your speedy response k3davis. While I had not found anything related in the notes, and I have looked extensively, thanks for your suggestion. I have addressed the cache issue, my browser preferences have always been set to erase ALL cache, history and cookies each time I close Firefox. I have also overridden the cache management and set it for the highest limit possible while using Firefox. The issue persists, even when I restart and open a new browser with an empty cache.

    Interestingly, just this afternoon I was able to test out the same browser version on a friend’s computer, and there were no issues on that machine. I am still at a loss why this persists on my computer.
