Thank you, thank you, thank you! 😀 😀 😀
Hi!
We are currently experiencing this issue with all of our blogs utilizing this plugin. I’m searching for that setting, but if either of you has a chance – could you point me to where that is located exactly?
Thank you so much!

In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] changes not being savedWe are also having this issue – we’ve isolated it to Chrome – we were able to update with Safari.
Hi Matt!
You know, I had a feeling that might have been the culprit! No worries, no worries – we can make due in the meantime.
Thank you for your prompt response!
Best,
Paula
That’s good to know! It seems that the surefire way to fix our bug is if a user goes in and just hits their update preferences for Subscribe2, the emails start coming in again.
Thanks!
Well it’s very strange – I fiddled with the options, and changed user roles, and just sort of muscled it into working again. I think in this particular case, it was something with the daily digest. But now the notifications seem to be working again.
Thanks for that link though – I’m going to store that for future reference.
Quick question – could role be affecting whether or not someone gets a notification? Does a user have to have a specific role – or be an admin – in order to get a private post notification?
Hello!
Yes, I checked those settings and it is set to yes. And there is no fancyness with how those posts are being created – just set to private via the core WordPress posting capabilities.
However, I am now noticing that Subscribe2 is now sending no notifications from any blog, private or public post. I am going to try to troubleshoot this further – but any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I may uninstall and reinstall, just in case.
Thank you for getting back to me so promptly!

In reply to: [Slickr Flickr] Lightbox not workingJust as an update – I was able to get the slideshow back in there, but many of the options for customizing the slideshow seem to be broken – search, sets, etc. Just as a heads up, Quadrophenia, I had to get a new API key to make it start working again and remove a lot of the custom code I had for the widget slideshow. It’s now just pulling the id and the set.

In reply to: [Slickr Flickr] Lightbox not workingWith the update to 2.0, are you required to have tags on your flickr photos to make them work in an embedded widget? The code I was using did not use a tag, but a set, as these are photos uploaded in bulk and not organized in any specific way – except by date.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Slickr Flickr] Lightbox not workingI am also having difficulty getting lightbox to work. It seems like perhaps Flickr changed (again) how to pull out their photos into a slideshow.

In reply to: [Easy Weather Widget] Temperature not displayingYeah, it’s there now. I don’t even know what to say. Didn’t clear my cache, I swear I checked it in multiple browsers… haha I have literally no clue. End of the work week hallucinations?
Sorry to have wasted your time…! But thanks for checking!

In reply to: [Slickr Flickr] Theme CSS could not load after 20 secHello, I was also having this problem and was about to deactivate the plugin when I discovered an option that makes this go away. It’s the galleria part of the plugin that causes the issue, so if you go into the Slick Flickr settings, down to Galleria, and change the Galleria Options so that Galleria Version is: Galleria not required so do not load the script. That fixes it. It seems that you need an account (paid, to boot) with Galleria.io, in order to use that part of the plugin. So why in the world it’s set to be the latest version of Galleria by default is a little questionable, but the free lightbox part of this plugin can’t be beat.
I can provide a bug report, of course, but I cannot allow you to have access to our server. That would be a huge violation of security. If you want, we can try to retrieve error logs.
Thank you for your time.
Also when the plugin is activated on a new blog – the same error gets triggered. No photos get uploaded.
