Hi @openedsauce,
Thank you again for the detailed investigation and feedback.
After reviewing this with our developers, we found that Bug 1 is not actually needed in this case. The
dirvalue is only used to determine the base path and is not intended to be a subfolder. The templates are correctly located directly under paths likeTemplate/Post-Grid/default.php, so adding the extra directory level would break the Load More functionality globally.Regarding the second point,
sanitize_file_name()normally does not convert uppercase letters to lowercase in WordPress core. Because of that, it’s possible that another plugin or custom code on the site is modifying this behavior through a filter. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into sharing these findings with us.
Best wishes,Hi @openedsauce,

Hi @sidney77,
Thanks for your sharing your concern!
For the best performance and a cleaner editor experience, we recommend enabling only the widgets you actually need. This helps keep things lightweight and organized while building your pages.
You can easily manage(Enable/Disable widgets) this from Essential Addons → Elements settings. Demo: https://d.pr/v/OgarJB
Let us know if you need any guidance—we’re happy to help!
Hi @dajuan54,
Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate it!
We’re glad to hear that our widgets helped improve your Elementor pages and saved you time. Regarding your concern, if you feel some options(widgets) aren’t necessary, you can easily disable them from Essential Addons → Elements settings to keep your editor clean. Here’s a quick demo: https://d.pr/v/OgarJB
If you have any further suggestions, we’d truly love to hear them—your feedback will help us improve and hopefully earn the full marks from you! 😊

Thank you!Hi @bakodesign,
Greetings! By default, all accordion items should remain closed unless the “Active as Default” option is enabled for any specific item.

Hi @tyresesamples,
Thanks for reaching out!
No, this isn’t something that should normally happen. While very large or complex pages can sometimes feel a bit heavy, the editor shouldn’t be noticeably slow.
Could you please let me know which specific widgets are causing the slowdown? Also, if you can share the page URL, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and investigate further.
In the meantime, here are a few general suggestions that may help improve performance:
- Try reducing the number of active widgets/extensions you’re not using
- Clear cache (plugin, server, and browser cache)
- Check for plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling others
- Ensure both PHP Memory Limit and WP Memory Limit are sufficient (e.g., 512MB or higher)
- Test in a different browser or in incognito mode
Once I have more details, I’ll be able to guide you more precisely 🙂
Thanks!

Hi @loralora;
Thanks for sharing the video
I’m really sorry, but I couldn’t fully understand the issue from the video. It looks like the sub-category dropdown is being opened and collapsed, but I’m not quite sure what problem you’re experiencing.
Could you please share a bit more detail about the issue you’re facing or what exactly isn’t working as expected? That will help us check it properly and assist you more effectively.
Thanks so much for your cooperation!
