Maybe it has something to do with the Contact-form7 css styles (ver 6.1.4):
.wpcf7-list-item { display: inline-block; margin: 0 0 0 1em; }

Hi Takayuki, love your form plugin. The website is https://synanta.nl. I guess it has something to do with the css settings. I haven’t published the page with the contact form yet.
