Turns out the values in ‘usermeta’ table, ‘meta_key’ column and in ‘options’ table in ‘user_roles’ as well had old prefix.

In reply to: Admin access lost after copying databasesWould it be possible to somehow export the content and theme of the site and install WP from scratch from Plesk and then import? That is the only solution I can think of to solve this. Which tables would I have to export?

In reply to: Admin access lost after copying databasesIt’s a small hosting plan that allows for max 3 databases and 2 are already used by other sites.
The configuration is exactly like you said and all the privileges are granted to database user.

Just came here looking for a solution. I’m using Photoswipe for Nextgen Gallery plugin and can’t hide it in menu. I’ve done the above and compared the slugs and they are the same. Any ideas?

P.Fixed, I didn’t realise it was an issue with WP editor adding tags, not the plugin.
