But in 6.1.1 I had open_basedir on all the time without this problem, but after upgrading to 6.2 the warning appears when I turn on open_basedir and returns to normal when I turn it off.</font>
After I received the update push for WordPrss 6.2, I completed the update in the background.
After the update was complete I ran the WordPress update checkout again, which is this page: /wp-admin/update-core.php. Then this warning message appeared:
