Thanks for the suggestion. Read through the (almost) similar situations here and did that earlier before I posted, but still it happens.
i’m sorry, this is all new to me, since i did not download any setup files for WP, rather, everything i do is online, and out of the box.
i had thought i might have clicked an option somewhere or made an error in one of the options presented online.
