I have already set in the correct order as you said above. Some times slider works fine and some time not. Its intermittent issue. If you check the website in 10 to 15 minutes you find the issues. Steps to replicate:
Need to refresh the page.
Some times image 4 loads in 6th slot. Last image loads in 2nd slot etc. Please help me on this.

Thanks for your support. Since the website is so urgent as of now I have added custom slider instead of built in.
