I duplicated the newsletter and resent it and it went to the all the users.
For 3: “Test sends from within MailPoet work fine through Elastic Email SMTP”. I will try a new newsletter.
Tried a resend of what I sent on Saturday. It failed today. Could it be that the plugin isn’t ready for WP4.5?
Problem solved. Message being sent must have included some corrupted characters.
