Found the problem )))
it was WP-SpamShield plugin(Wasted my 4 hours).
I deactivated the plugin and everything works smooth.

Thank you for your reply.
It is still not working.
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); ==> no error
it does update form archive.
if the product is added to cart from single product page it doesn’t appear on cart widget unless I add another product from archive page.
