The same thing happens to me, every adjustment I make goes completely out of control and I have to do full cache cleaning. Before these problems did not happen at all, I’m going to delete this plugin and switch to wp rocket.
In mobile version slow loading and when loading for the first time also slow load in the desktop version, after caching if loading fast.
When I clean the cache it has good value in gtmetrix but when it is cached the rating goes down a lot.
