I have checked the sessions and all sessions are saved on the server. But still have the issue.

It happened to me when I have move all my websites to a new server. The issue was that I was calling a PHP version from my php.ini that wasn’t installed on my server. Check if you have a php.ini file and if you have included another PHP version in it. If so, delete this line and it should work fine.
