I would be curious to hear what you found as I am experiencing a similar problem. My files only rename (don’t retitle) and no thumbnails are available through the Media Library — clicking on edit takes me to a blank page. When I turn the plug in off, the Media Library thumbnails are available again. I have left the plugin off for now. Thanks for any insight.
