The link you provided states that this is only a PRO feature. If that is truly the case I would suggest that you update your WP Product Review Documentation to indicate as such. It would also be helpful to indicate in the lite plugin that these are PRO features. That way people don’t waste time thinking it’s possible.
Of course, enabling this feature for lite users would be my preference.
I did consider supporting you with a purchase for PRO, but the $59 ANNUAL license for personal use is too steep for me. I would consider it at half that cost or full cost for a lifetime license.
I figured out the issue had to do with my zoom settings on my display. When I zoomed out of the browser it would display correctly. Thank you for the willingness to help though.
