I deployed this wordaround as an additional CSS in the Astra configuration :

.infobox-blanche .uagb-ifb-desc {
color: white !important;
}

and I add the additional CSS class in each page containing the infobox requiring another color than the default one.

The current version for Astra is 4.8.13 as auto update for Astra version is activated.
