OK I’ll put my hands up to not paying attention, here’s the solution if anyone was puzzled like me. Kind of obvious-but-not-obvious.
Click the “Coming Soon” admin menu item, then “Settings” beneath it. There’s a toggle at the top of that page titled “Status”. Flip it to On, clear cache and away you go.
