Looks like you have connected a MailChimp account to your site at some time(?) and have then created a pop-up signup form to be triggered after 20 seconds from within MailChimp itself (not within WordPress).
This MailChimp script is being loaded just before </head>:

You’ll need to disconnect your site from MailChimp completely. You need to do that via your MailChimp account
Agreed – latest update (V2.0.3) does cause 500 fatal server error. PHP 7.0.x
Rollback to V1.0.1 and is working on WP 4.9.8
