i did leave 2 messages with your contact for 3 days ago… still no answer.! maybe this is because these are private, but you jump on the ones in here because others can see. Just a thought.

4. 2 weeks workdon’t try to pass the buck to us, it was your plugin, and if it wasn’t resolved why did you mark it as resolved? and marking the tags as harassment? seriously? i did not harass you at all, i just wanted satisfaction from my purchase. This is also not the first time you have done this!

the pro version does not say pro, it also has less options than the free version, which it needs.
probably due to the fact that the free version had already broken the database when i installed it….
it also then gave me errors in the post table, it shows menu items, but not on the website.
hard to understand how changing a url can trash a whole database unless your plugin has done it.
i have done this many times and done manually, i was only being lazy this time by using a plugin.i want a full refund, i dont care what your email says about all sales are final. i had a perfectly good website, ran your plugin, now i have a piece of rubbish which has to be deleted and completely rebuilt. if there was a way to make you pay for the damage i would.

i had both free version AND pro version installed, but the plugin did not say pro.
the theme is visualmodo.com theme of stream.
this does not explain why the free version lost my menu, and now after restoring the 2nd time the entire website is trashed. the databse i am guessing is trashed because no pages have any content, the front page built with the page builder has nothing but a set of dots down the page, no content. all internal pages are trashed as well.
your plugin did it, they were working perfectly prior to the use of yoyur plugin.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] pipe in form not workingyes i followed that example but it didnt work. the email address after the pipe did not get an email, only the cc’d email address got one.
it does however work if you leave out the _raw_ bit. the next problem is that in the email that is sent has the email address from that drop down sent and not the option eg; Jimboomba for example is not sent but the email address is sent. i think i need to have the option sent not the value.

In reply to: [EightStore Lite] very poor themei was already using it, or trying to set it up. but far too many bugs to continue. the slider is poor, the boxed layout isnt fully responsive, without woocommerce installed many features dont work, theme colours are not customisable, only takes 1 menu, should i keep going..?

I just think your theme requires a good debugging, so that the features are at least all working. I know for a fact the boxed layout with a child theme breaks the responsiveness of the theme, but the full width one works fine. Unfortunately when i stated this to the online support their response was” well change it” to the full width one… lmao.. not the quality response i was expecting.
no didnt work… the menu does NOT disappear behind the slider, it doesnt slide out when there are more than 6 menu items !!
