Thank you for your reply, and for the suggestion regarding the Popup Box plugin.
Meanwhile I made it work with the Popup Maker plugin, the survey shortcode works fine within it.
But I will take a look at the Popup Box plugin, as I like the logical structure and high quality of your plugins.

Meanwhile I figured it out.
I can use the “data-it” selector, like this in CSS:
.ays-survey-question[data-id=”22″]
Or simply like this in CSS:
[data-id=”22″]
So please consider it resolved.
