Thank you so much for the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Great to hear that Jetpack Boost has improved your site’s speed! On the free plan, it’s generally a good idea to regenerate it after making design or content-related changes — for example:
- Changing or updating your theme
- Adding or editing posts and pages with new layouts or blocks
- Installing or updating design-related plugins
- Updating WordPress core
You can read more in When to regenerate Critical CSS.
If you’d prefer not to think about it at all, the paid plan includes automatic Critical CSS regeneration, which removes that manual step entirely.

Yes, features like Tiled Galleries and slideshows can be used for free on a commercial site. These features are part of the core Jetpack plugin and do not require a paid plan.
You can opt for turning off Jetpack Stats or continue using them with a limited access – you can read more in Jetpack Stats features based on commercial status, traffic, and plan type.Please let me know if you have other questions!

Please ensure your Jetpack connection is active, as VideoPress relies on it. You can check this using the Jetpack Debug Tool. If the connection is fine, try uploading the video again at a different time or from a faster internet connection. Also, ensure the video meets the recommended specifications.

Thanks for reaching out. I was able to confirm the issue with stats on izraelinfo.com although it was not the new Site ID type of issue. I have now reestablished the stats on your site. I have confirmed they display correctly at https://wordpress.com/stats/day/izraelinfo.com (this link only works when you are signed in with the connected username).
You should now see the stats in your WP Admin > Stats as well. Please let me know if any issue persists.

I checked your site again and found that the CSS stylesheet that hides the preloader icon and aligns the fields in the subscription form is not loaded within your page.
I also checked the minified combined CSS file generated by SiteGround and these styles are not included there (
wp-content/uploads/siteground-optimizer-assets/siteground-optimizer-combined-css-c4f97382d32d984c6698b23762c6377d.css)The file itself it present in your installation – please append
/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/blocks/subscriptions/view.css?minify=false&ver=15.2to your domain in the browser to confirm.I suspect some assets optimization mechanism is not handling it correctly. Please temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack. Is the issue fixed? If so start to reactivate them one by one to detect the culprit.
By the way, if you’re looking for a compatible optimization tool, we recommend Jetpack Boost, which safely minifies and combines stylesheets and scripts without affecting Jetpack features (also available in a free version).

Let’s make to sort out the issue with the author’s name displayed on your newsletter.
I tested on my site to confirm that the newsletter correctly reflects my “Display name publicly as” setting from WP Admin > Users → Your Profile. I understand that’s not working in your case.
I noticed that you have a third-party plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/username-updater/ installed on your site. I wonder if it interferes here.
Please run a test as follows:
- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except Jetpack and switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-Five
- Create a new draft post, and check the displayed name in the Preview email view (Newsletter sidebar)
- If it shows correctly, start to reactivate your theme and all plugins one by one. Regenerate the preview at each step to detect the culprit.
