Well, it would be nice if they would get back to me soon, their ticket handling times are atrocious.
I tried the z-index idea (Set it to the maximum value) and it didnt work.
Yes, I already optimized everything including pictures, assets, cache and gzip compression. Others I cannot fix because it comes with the theme.
Nothing wrong with the hosting, I called them twice to confirm.
Also, the pop up does not hide the menu on both mobile/desktop and it is overlapping on top of the pop up (It is a full screen pop up and I want it to hide everything). How to fix this?
