Hi!
Thanks for the reply! This seemed to work. I tried signing up with a new email address and now I can see subscribers on Jetpack, both locally on the blog and on the jetpack cloud link. I can see both the new subscription and the subscription with the wordpress.com account.

https://github.com/WordPress/health-check/issues/380It seems, despite what the Site Health Tool suggests, having my site set to UTC is not problematic. Having my site set to a UTC offset, rather than a localised timezone, is not great, but the two issues have somehow become conflated.
I guess I’ll have to just ignore this warning for now.

for what it’s worth, I’m still having this issue. If I click on the Info tab, it says “Should be improved”. On the status tab, it never gets beyond “Results are still loading…”.
