One thing I would like to do is add a radio buttons for a single specific question.
I have looked around but cant find any way to edit the inputs on the submit new entry form. Is this possible for me to access & add to?

Am I right in thinking I can integrate OpenStreetMaps (OSM) as we are trying to avoid Google as much as possible on our site?
I have entered the coordinates & separately tried the geolocate button & it does generate a location but no map shows? Is this cos I am using the free version template?
