Hi Ataur, he’s right you guys have very poor support. I submitted a ticket days ago (ticket #7185) and still haven’t received any support. This is for the paid PRO version of the plugin where I would expect professional support. I had to come to the support forums with hopes of finding a solution myself. I might just need a refund.
Was this error ever resolved? I submitted a support request days ago about a similar problem (ticker #7185). Support seems to be poor for this plugin even for the paid users.
