We investigated this further and we noticed that it’s not working just for admin users!
If we are logged in on WordPress and then try to answer os create a new reply we get this error.
If we answer directly in the WordPress back-end it works fine. We still want to find a way to fix that without deactivating the Jetpack comments though.

Thanks for your answer, how can we change this shortcode to show in the post sidebar? The same way it’s showing in the posts?
Using the shortcode if adds the share icons before the post.

Hi team,
We noticed that after removing this we can activate the plugin, but the same error happens again as soon as we put the API Key!
So I believe the error is not related to the wp-config.php fields, but with the API Key activation itself.

We’re still a bit confused by these e-mails. When it says the ‘’email didn’t detect as bounced’’ is supposed to be a good sign right? I mean, it is the normal thing to happen, right?
Then, I am not sure why the previous explanation is related to Option #5: When the bounce is weird and we’re not sure what to do –
This #5 option seems like a negative thing.
Can you please explain a bit further how this works?
