Yes, it was resolved, the issue was the Genesis Theme settings got reverted to their default values somehow which changed the styling. I was able to resolve this by going into my Dashboard for the Site, clicking on Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives and under the option “Limit content to how many characters? (0 for no limit)” I set it back to 0, after it got reset to its default value of 150
