Dear Zubair Zahid and the WooCommerce Support Team,

Thank you for your prompt response to my inquiry regarding the GA4 direct integration issue on my site, https://nextstopcomedy.com/. I appreciate your suggestion to reach out to a professional developer via Codeable or WooExperts, and I’ll certainly consider that as an option.

However, I’m a bit confused by your response, and I’d like some clarification. My understanding is that the “Google Analytics for WooCommerce” plugin, which provides the GA4 direct integration, is developed and maintained by WooCommerce (as seen in the plugin directory under Automattic’s authorship). Since this is an official WooCommerce plugin designed to integrate seamlessly with WooCommerce core, I assumed that support for its functionality—especially something as critical as ecommerce tracking—would fall within the scope of WooCommerce support. The 50% revenue discrepancy I’m experiencing seems tied to this integration not functioning as expected, despite being set up per the plugin’s guidelines.

Could you please clarify why this issue is considered outside the scope of WooCommerce core support, given that it involves an official WooCommerce plugin? If this is indeed a limitation of the support forum, could you point me to the appropriate channel or team within WooCommerce/Automattic that handles support for this plugin? I’d really like to resolve this efficiently and ensure the integration works as advertised.

Thank you again for your time and assistance—I’m eager to get this sorted and appreciate any further guidance you can provide.

    Best regards,
    Ethan Garbe
