I have just checked this and I had all options ticked.
What I have just done was activated Events Manager through the network and I am able to gain access, is this something I had to do all along?

Hi, sorry for the late reply… I didn’t get a notification and been really busy.
I have deactivated all plugins except the Events Manager and this problem is still occurring. I have also changed the theme and still no access.
I have built a new website on a subdomain and I am still getting this problem with a slightly different message. “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Thats for the help, but it seems that I am having issues trying to access this page… When I type this into my address bar, I get the following message on my screen that I have taken a screenshot.
