I’m sorry, my issue was that when I copied and pasted the shortcode from the support website, it was formatted on my page as ‘preformatted’ text, which meant that it wasn’t – be definition – formatted on my page as a ‘paragraph’.
Paragraphs wrap.
Sigh.
Time for a stiff drink.
