Hi there @wpmudev-support9 ! In checking these settings, I realized I had not set a “Value” for each drop down option. This can be closed, thank you!

Hi @wpmudevsupport12 ! I have inserted the CSS and have not been able to recreate it thus far! Thanks for that, I was trying something similar earlier but must not have had the right selector.

Hi there @wpmudevsupport11 ! Thanks for your response. I inserted the form directly onto a few pages, and it does appear that the issue only happens in the popup. Elementor is updated to 6.8.1. Given this, I understand if it is not something you can support, but appreciate insight into why this may happen. Thanks!
