Thanks for looking into this! However, after updating the plugin, the issue still persists. I tried to see if I could do another test, using another iframe embed using a new blank post, and it still does the disappearing act when the popup is called the second time.

Thanks for the reply. So I took the line break out and minified the js, but the problem persists. Are you sure its not a DOM problem?
