Thank you, I tried it again, and with a refresh and the multiple fields, it now works again!

Thank you Kasia for your message. Unfortunately, the problem still exists. We have tried everything but the file upload is still not available for Zapier. Everything else works fine. Any other idea?

I just saw in the changes:

- Fix: Issues with Form Submission
This was about the time when it stopped working. Coincidence?
