The site is http://enya.sk currently running a child theme of Baskerville but the problem persists even when switching to the main theme.
Yes, the theme was updated. I didn’t notice if the problem appeared straight away after the update.
I have this problem when using Chrome, but when I access the website with IE and Firefox, everything works fine even with the plugin active.
The last copy available from Wayback Machine from May 28 works in all the browsers: https://web.archive.org/web/20160528184306/http://enya.sk/
