    Tried that Christine, It did not work. anyways, this issue is resolved as I indicated through the Meta-tag manager plug-in. Although, I do enjoy how easy my SEO in now with the SEO plug-in. ‘nuf said. Blessings

    You will want the ‘Meta-Tag Manager’ plug-in for WordPress to be exact. Plug-in was developed by a guy named Marcus Sykes. Once installed, input phrase ‘google-site-verification’ in field provided and cut and paste your meta-tag in the appropriate field. Viola, you’re good to go bro.

    This issue is resolved a couple of weeks ago. Apologies for not resolving sooner. Brain Host helped me out with the correct plug-in. I was set up with the meta-tag plug-in which finally helped me to verify my site. That was like pulling teeth but at least I know now which method works with WordPress for me.
