So thanks to WPClever i found a working solution with is plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woo-bought-together/
Now the grouped products are exactly with same ammount of parent product, and everything works fine.

Hi put the heartbeat plugin only to edit pages and 60s heartbeat frequency.

I followed the threat on woothemes https://support.woothemes.com/hc/communities/public/questions/201220087-Woocommerce-Causes-Slow-admin-ajax-php-Load-Times but no anwswer from wooteam.
I already altered the wp-config to use 1024 memory, minimize the plugins at all cost, when loading a variable product takes even longer to load. The admin panel is also very slow if i disable the woocommerce the admin panel is twice fast.
I´ve always used woocommerce for my ecommerce projects but it seems that can handle few products the last that i made right now had 149 products and until now no complains from the customer. But this one is so slow that i´m starting to think moving to other solution. If someone could help minimize the impact that woocommerce has on admin-ajax.php, i really appreciate.
