Glad I found this. Was tearing my hair out trying to fix it – exact same report on all pages through SEMRush for breadcrumbs, but Google Rich results reports them as fine when randomly sampling pages throughout. Seems to be a false positive.
Hi, My site is having this same exact issue.
When testing, this is what happens:
Product placed in cart
Checkout page filled out
Credit card details are filled out and order is placed
The page redirects to the order complete page, but this page is completely blank!
In the back end – the order sits as pending payment, with no eWay note recorded
In the customer account, the order sits as pending payment and requiring payment
However, the credit card is charged successfully through eWay as if the sale is completed.
Enabling debug mode in the eWay plugin settings shows nothing at all on the checkout page.
