Active Product FiltersThe Customizer Preview page isn’t loading properly, which prevents the selection of the icon image for the iTunes podcast. In addition, I can’t use the WordPress Customizer for any other changes.

In reply to: [AWS for WordPress] Audio Files Not Generated in Local FolderUpdate: the AWS plugin is causing a problem with the Customizer, which prevents me from uploading the Podcast image. It also causes a problem with Customizing the Appearance. If I deactivate the AWS plugin, then the Customizing of Appearance works fine.

In reply to: [AWS for WordPress] Audio Files Not Generated in Local FolderI disabled S3 and an mp3 file was generated for a post (visible in the Media Library). The mp3 file is visible on the blog post, but it doesn’t allow for download. For iTunes, it can’t Parse My Feed during validation. What am I missing?

Maybe the update didn’t install properly and the additional subfolders weren’t installed?thanks for the heads up on the header….
