I had also reached out to Hubspot and I enabled this setting via https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/manage-marketing-contacts-settings-for-your-integrations
This enable setting seems to have resolved.Any feedback on this issue?

Hi @sbazzi – yes, the mapping should work correctly but the issue that I am having is the last name is duplicated in the first name.
For example, if the full name is John Smith, then the Hubspot record shows First Name = John Smith and Last Name = Smith.Hi Sam – yes, we’re using the default field names and internal names for Hubspot’s first and last name properties:

Unfortunately, when I access my Installed Plugins page, I can view the page but I cannot click anywhere on that page which means that I cannot deactivate/disable plugins.
